We are AIM AT ART. We were founded in 2009 by Emily de Valk and Emily Vermeer, art historians who specifically wanted to enter the world of large organisations. Their original goal was to make this world more creative. Since then, our ambition has grown. We now tackle today’s major challenges in an entirely original way.
We immerse you in an entirely new experience, pose shrewd questions, and surprise and change you.
We enjoy experiencing quirky, extraordinary art and culture, and discovering new worlds for you to explore.
We create and facilitate the dialogue between art and business, between teams and team members. We inspire the business world with the thoughts and actions of artists.

We firmly believe in creating the mindset of the future together. Together with experts in art, creativity, development and change, we are on our way. Our greatest strengths? Flexibility, innovative power, the ability to ask shrewd questions, and our warm relationship with each other.
Sahand Sahebdivani, founder of Mezrab – The House of Stories, is perhaps the best-known storyteller of the Netherlands. We too believe in the connecting power of personal stories. We work with Sahand to transform paper plans into stories that move yourself and others.
As an artist and communications expert, Laura Mentink helps organisations and sectors get on the same page. We enjoy working with Laura to make complex issues tangible. Through monologues and theatrical interventions, Laura knows how to bring all the different perspectives to the surface and bring them together.
Sandra is a process artist. With The House of Taste, she develops sensory & theatrical interventions to get people to look differently at themselves and their environment, set them in motion & create mutual connections. She enjoys working in organisations, at events and conferences, in healthcare and in education.
Floris gets to the heart of the idea with his images. With his work, he regularly supports our change processes by creating catchy pictures that pull all noses in the same direction.
