AimAtArt was founded by Emilie Vermeer and Emily de Valk in 2009. Nowadays, the team consists of a diverse group of scientists and experts in the fields of creativity, organisational change, innovation, and art.

Ellen de Bruijne
In October 1999, Ellen de Bruijne opened her gallery: Ellen de Bruijne Projects. The work featured by the artists in this trendsetting, internationally oriented gallery, such as Dora Garcia, Suusan Philipz, and Falke Pisano, makes a statement that is both conceptual and socially involved in nature.
Rob Heessen
Rob Heesen is CEO of Blokker and in his spare time he holds a passion for contemporary art. He received his education at the University of Wageningen and at INSEAD
Alice Slabbaert
Alice Slabbaert has been active since 1987 in the juridical protection of brands, trademarks, copyrights and design. She is one of the founders of the brand agency Shield Mark (now Zacco). In 2011, she started the brand agency Chiever together with Bas Kist and Volkert Teding van Berkhout.
Alfred Eeltink
Alfred Eeltink has been active in the field of international business development since 2000, keeping strong ties with art, culture, and architecture. Among other things, he has worked at Royal Talens and Aon. Nowadays, he develops new concepts for the hotel industry as director of marketing and sales at Hotel Facility Concepts.
Marie-Christine Allaer
Marie-Christine Allaer has a background in strategy development and organisation advice. She specializes in speeding up and boosting the growth process of young companies, particularly it’s financial aspects.
Mariette Verbruggen
Since 2014, Mariette Verbruggen works for Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate and is ultimately responsible for all international communication and campaigning. Previously, she has held several marketing and communication positions, among others at Deloitte, Randstad and Raet in her field of expertise. Mariette has always had a special interest in the way companies and their employees constantly stay motivated, develop, and adapt to the changing market.
Annette Zweerman
Annette Zweerman is Talent & Development leader at PwC. Her focus is trained on talent development and overseeing processes of change. It is her passion to set people in motion, to help them grow, and to connect to one another.
